Amit Berger

Vice President, Diamonds Direct

Berger, vice president, founded Diamonds Direct Birmingham in 2008. He joined the Diamonds Direct parent company in 1995 in Israel while working in the cutting facility and learning the trade. Born in Israel, Berger grew up working in his family restaurant business. When he turned 18, Berger served in the Israel Defense Force in the air force division for three years. After the military, Berger spent two years in an Israeli University and enrolled in a professional diamond course where he fell in love with the industry. Berger moved into the retail side of the company and opened the second Diamonds Direct location here. Berger lives with his wife, Liat, and three daughters, Lyn, Lielle, and Lia.

Neeysa Biddle

FACHE, Senior Vice President, Ascension Health and Birmingham Market Executive

Biddle is the senior vice president of Ascension Health and Birmingham Market Executive, leading  St. Vincent’s Health System (STVHS). She previously held the position of executive vice president and chief operating officer from 2005–2011. A fellow of the American College of Healthcare Executives, Biddle has more than 25 years of healthcare administrative and executive experience. She holds a bachelor of science degree and a master of health administration from the University of Alabama at Birmingham (UAB). Prior to joining STVHS in 2005, she was chief operating officer of Brookwood Medical Center in Birmingham, part of Tenet Healthcare.

CEO & Executive Director, Birmingham-Jefferson Civic Center Authority

Snider is the executive director and CEO of the Birmingham-Jefferson Civic Center Authority. With over 20 years of progressive growth within the Authority, he has served in the senior position of CEO since 2010 while responsible for the overall management, sales, marketing, and operation of the facility, overseeing a full-time and part-time staff of nearly 600 and an annual budget of $60 million.

Keith Parrott 

Market President, Brookwood Baptist Health

Parrott currently serves as market president of the joint venture between Brookwood Medical Center and Baptist Health. The new company has 1,500 physicians, operates five hospitals and 77 health centers, and employs over 7,000 people in Alabama. Parrott most recently served as president and CEO of Baptist Health System. He joined BHS in February 2008 as president of Princeton Baptist Medical Center. Prior to that, he spent 17 years with Memorial Hermann Healthcare System in Houston, Texas. Parrott graduated from Baylor University with a bachelor of arts degree and received his master’s degree in Health Care Administration from the University of Houston-Clear Lake (UHCL). Parrott is a member of the Kiwanis Club of Birmingham.  An ordained Baptist deacon and member of Mountain Brook Baptist Church, he and his wife, Kristy, have three children: Reid, Mary Kathryn, and Benjamin.
