In 2010, Mullis was named managing partner, and the firm became Kelley & Mullis Wealth Management. The company has grown to be one of the most successful independent financial planning firms in Birmingham. His greatest satisfaction comes from the relationships that develop with clients through this personal approach to investment and retirement planning.

The Greater Alabama market is a $5 billion market for BB&T. McDonald, who has been in banking for nearly three decades, joined BB&T in 2007, serving as area executive of Birmingham and corporate banking manager for Alabama, and later serving as the bank’s market president of greater Birmingham.

Friedman was born and raised in Birmingham, Alabama. He has walked the halls of City Paper Company for 48 years, starting in 1968, initially as a billing clerk. His dad, Paul Sr., eventually showed him the benefits of sales and he began his career as a salesman. Today, Friedman is the president and CEO of City Paper, having been appointed in 1997 when his dad retired. His daughter, Julie, works in Vendor Relations and the Promotional Marketing Department. When not working, Friedman enjoys spending time with his wife, Cathy, his kids, and his grandchildren.

In July 2014, Collins became the president and CEO of EBSCO Industries, Inc., one the largest private companies in the United States, with more than 5,000 employees and over $2.7 billion in annual revenue. He served as president of EBSCO Information Services (EBSCO), EBSCO Industries’ largest division, before moving into his new role. In 1983, Collins cofounded a company specializing in indexing and abstracting of periodical information, which was subsequently purchased by EBSCO Industries, Inc. Collins lives in Boston with his wife, Emily, and two children.
